Meet Andy Beare
Andy Beare, Lead Pastor
Role at Heartland:
As the Lead Pastor, I am the primary communicator, vision caster, and team leader at Heartland. I work with the elder team to discern the big picture vision and direction of the church, and also work with the talented and gifted staff to implement that direction, make adjustments and help them be as successful as possible in their primary areas of ministry responsibility. My goal is to lead and develop an empowered team of elders and staff as together we serve those both inside and outside our walls.
